Everything your cuff needs. Nothing it doesn't.

Simple, private and made to feel at home on iPhone.

One tap to measure

Start the cuff from your iPhone and watch the pressure live. Take one reading, or let Kuardio average two or three with a rest in between.

Saved to Apple Health

Blood pressure and pulse go straight into Apple Health, with arm, position, medication, mood and notes.

Notices when you move

If the cuff stops because your arm moved, Kuardio tells you right away and helps you measure again.

Your QardioArm still works.

Qardio has closed and its app is gone, but the cuff on your shelf is a good, clinically validated monitor. Kuardio talks to it directly over Bluetooth. No Qardio account, no internet and no server needed.

Works with QardioArm model A100 and QardioArm 2.

Frequently asked questions

Is Kuardio really free?

Yes. Every feature is free, with no ads and no paywall. Optional donation subscriptions help cover development and the Apple Developer Program; they don't unlock any features.

Which blood pressure monitors does it work with?

QardioArm model A100 and QardioArm 2. Kuardio needs an iPhone with iOS 26 or later. Other Qardio devices (QardioBase, QardioCore) aren't supported.

Is Kuardio made by Qardio?

No. Kuardio is an independent app made by a QardioArm owner after Qardio closed. It isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Qardio, Inc. "QardioArm" is used only to say which cuff Kuardio works with.

Can I see my old Qardio readings?

Kuardio shows all blood pressure readings in Apple Health, from any app. If the Qardio app saved your readings to Apple Health, they appear in Kuardio's history and trends. Data kept only in Qardio's cloud can't be reached any more.

Does Kuardio collect any data?

No. There is no account, no server, no analytics and no tracking. Readings are stored in Apple Health; settings sync through your private iCloud. See the privacy policy.

Is Kuardio a medical device?

No. Kuardio is a wellness logging app. The measurement is made by your QardioArm, which was cleared by the FDA and CE-marked as a blood pressure monitor. Kuardio starts the cuff, shows and stores what it reports, and does not diagnose, treat or give medical advice. More on the regulatory page.

Is there an Android version?

Not at the moment. Kuardio is built for iPhone and Apple Health.

When will it be on the App Store?

Kuardio is being prepared for App Store review. This page will link to it as soon as it's available.
